Warranty  Policy

Trek N Ride provides a 6-month warranty for select products purchased from our website or authorised dealers only. Trek N Ride’s warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover the items bought during a sale at prices lower than the MRP. The liability of the company is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. Products approved for a warranty claim will be repaired or replaced as deemed appropriate by the company. In case of replacement of a product, the replacement will be done based on availability and if stock is not available, it will be processed once the fresh stock is received. In case the model/ material is not available/ is discontinued, the company will replace/ repair it with an equivalent model/ material, as available.  Please note, if a component is replaced it might not match the original colour/ material perfectly. There will be no refunds for non-availability of any model/ material.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear & tear, accidents, improper use, any customisation/modification made by the user, fading of colours, and degradation of materials such as zippers & Velcro over time or due to environmental factors such as prolonged exposure to sunlight. Fitment of the product and comfort are subjective matters that are not covered under the warranty. The customer is strongly advised to carefully consider these factors before making a purchase and refer to the product/ installation videos available on our YouTube channel. Any incidental or consequential loss to personal property is not covered under the warranty.

All warranty claims can be processed only at our store in Chennai. The company retains the right to reject any claim at its sole discretion.

How to process a Warranty Claim?

  • Send an email to tnr.returns@gmail.com with the email subject “Warranty Claim – Product name”. Give details of the reason for the claim and attach the photos of the issues in the product.
  • The warranty claim MUST be accompanied by the Tax invoice issued with the purchase of the product. Products without valid Tax invoices or not purchased from an authorized reseller/dealer will not be eligible for warranty claim.
  • The company will review the information and determine if the issue is covered under warranty and will revert within 2-4 working days. The customer will receive confirmation on their warranty claim and either a repair or replacement will be offered at the company’s discretion.
  • If the warranty claim is approved, the customer can ship the product to our Chennai store. The customer has to make their arrangements to send the product and the cost will be borne by the customer. The company will ship the repaired/replaced product back to the customer, with no additional charges.
  • If the product is not covered under warranty, the company will offer to repair the product at a fair cost, if possible. However, the company reserves the right to take the decision.
